"BOOK A PARTY"

For Birthdays, Anniversaries, Bat Mitzvah, House Warmings, Bridal Showers, Retirements and much more, "Book a Party" at Clay Pigeons and for a $35 non-refundable deposit you get the following: 1) As many "party tables" as needed will be reserved and ready for your event. 2) An opportunity to choose bisque items off the shelves which we will hold back for your party. 3) A "personal attendant" to stay with your party exclusively to help your party enjoy their painting. 4) A personalized bisque plate painted by Clay Pigeons staff to complliment your event- which can be signed and autographed by your guests - and fired by us for you to have a lasting memory of the event. 5) Coupons for your guests to return at a later date and paint with free studio fees.

$35 Deposit covers the cost of an attendant, as well as the cost of a personalized painted Birthday plate. It does not apply to the overall cost of painting bisque on the day of the party. There is no minimum number required for parties. You only pay for the actual number of guests, which will include the price of their bisque (starting at $5 and up) plus the cost of the studio fees ($6 for children 14 and younger, $8 for adults). Studio fees include all the under-glaze paints, stencils, stamps, paint pens and over-glaze dippings. We fire your pieces on site and will have them wrapped and ready for pickup within a week. We'll do the work- and you get all the credit for a wonderful party event!

CHILDREN'S SUPER SANTA PARTY IS SATURDAY, DECEMBER 6, 10 A.M. TO 12 NOON!

PARENTS - BRING YOUR CAMERAS AND DON'T MISS THIS WONDERFUL "PHOTO OPPORTUNITY" TO HAVE PICTURES OF YOUR CHILDREN ENJOYING TIME WITH SANTA!!

Children will create paper gingerbread houses, decorate edible gingerbread men, paint their own bisque cocoa mugs, and write a letter to SANTA - which they will share with him in person!!!! Cost is $20 per child and they must be pre-registered as space will be limited.

CHILDREN'S HOLIDAY TILE CONTEST - FROM NOW TO DEC. 13TH!!

THEMES: MY FAVORITE CHRISTMAS MEMORY, WHAT CHRISTMAS MEANS TO ME, MY BEST FAMILY HOLIDAY

WHAT: Children (ages 4-14) are invited to paint a 4x4 bisque tile with under-glaze paints depicting one of the themes above. These tiles will be fired in our kilns and displayed in the store until judged.

COST: $10 per child includes tile and studio fee.

WHEN: Painting of tiles will take place in our store (or in a prearranged group activity at another location) from now through December 13, 2008.

DISPLAY: Tiles will be on display at Clay Pigeons until judging on Sat., Dec. 20th. Tiles can be picked up by owners between Dec 21st and Dec 23rd.

JUDGING: Panel of Judges, independent of Clay Pigeons staff. Tiles will be judged in 2 categories based on age. (Ages 4-7 and ages 8-14.)

6 TOTAL PRIZES (3 for ea. age group): Two 1st Place prizes  1) $100 Cash prize sponsored by Cheryl Lankford, Lankford Funeral Home and Lasting Memories for Pets. And 2) Winner and family (up to 4 people) will be treated to a private Clay Pigeons Art Class to be scheduled for a date in 2009. Family will spend 4 hours creating projects in clay, glass painting, mosaics and glass fusion. HOW COOL is this!!!! Two 2nd Place Prizes  $50 Cash, sponsored by Cheryl Lankford, Lankford Funeral Home and Lasting Memories for Pets  and a childs private 4 hour Art Camp at Clay Pigeons Studio. Two 3rd Place Prizes - $25 Cash, by Cheryl Lankford, Lankford Funeral Home and Lasting Memories for Pets and a $25 gift certificate from Clay Pigeons.

STIPULATIONS: Bisque tiles will be purchased from Clay Pigeons and painted while in the shop (or at activity location). Children will paint their tiles without assistance from others. Tiles need to be titled by the child, as well as signed on the back with childs name and age.
